This nomenclature effort intends is a series of definitions/redefinitions of the language of the Jewish communal field. Not only is it a collection of communal institutional jargon but also slang and irreverent humor.
Generally, the first definition is it’s accepted use, the second is a redefinition as it’s used in common parlance, with political connotations, pejorative and complimentary implications, and relations to other related terms.
