I just got an email forward from some Israeli PR department with pictures of the Israeli military in compassionate moments. Not to say that the IDF or Israelis aren’t compassionate as individuals, but as a military occupation one could say they’re the institution of daily torture, humiliation, oppression, suffering and death for everyone over the Green Line. Whether Israelis are nice as persons will remain irrelevant (and difficult to sell) until the occupation is over.
